The burgers are tasty, but in my opinion you really need to order a double for a meal. You are also expected to tip even though someone just hands you the food. It’s not restaurant service. If you also order a soft drink and fries by the time you add tax and a tip, almost $30. They do serve beer and wine - which you can’t get at most fast food places. Didn’t try the shakes.
The food was great, no complaints. The customer service was also on point in my interactions. They have kiosks and only 1/3 worked, the empty tables were a bit dirty and their bench chairs are definitely outdated or in need of repair.
This was my first time at a Shake Shack, I was surprised right away when ordering from the kiosk,as it already includes a 10% tip when you finish your order. However the food was just average . It was okay but nothing special.
