Love Shake Shack, but this spot was a big fail. Burger patty was red from the inside. Not cooked right at all. Very red, please do better as people can get sick. On top of it, they gave me the wrong order. Had to approach the counter, get it sorted. Never going back, bad overall. I'll stick to the downtown location.

This was my first time going to any Shake Shack. Overall, just an average burger nothing special. I get a lower cost better quality burger at many locally owned places. If you want to follow a trendy name go here if you wany a good burger, find any local place in you neighborhood. I will say the fries were hot and fresh so that alone made this a 3 star not a 2 star.

Easy to use kiosks, clean establishment, timely service. Also the food was on point and the self service counter was fully stacked.

I was very excited to eat here because a friend told me about it, but I was very disappointed because everything was cold the burgers, fries, even the cheese for my cheese fries was cold so cold it was un-dippable I literally had to scrape it out of the container and because I was hungry and need to be else where I didn't have time to take it all back and complain. This was my first and last time coming and I won't recommend it to any else one first impression are the best and I was not impressed more disappointed things are so high and if i am willing to spend my money at least give me hot and fresh food the fries where old or had been sitting to long. I see why the website said pick up your food hot or cold they meant that guess I got the bad end of the stick and got the cold food not happy about it either and I know nothing will be done and that is what makes this matter worst to me my hard earned money wasted I wouldn't even give that to my dog.

I have gone to this location three time and EVERY-TIME I visit something in my order is WRONG. First time I ordered a chicken Avocado sandwich NO BACON, I got my order why did it have bacon. Thankfully I was still in the restaurant. Second time I had a couple of orders once again I ordered a 3 double burgers, one regular burger and when I got home every darn burger was double, why? Thankfully I paid the correct price. My last and final visit my Avocado chicken sandwich had bacon I was just coming from church I was exhausted and just wanted to get my food and go home. I don't remember what was wrong with my two dinners but this location won't get another penny from me.

Chill Not busy, but the burger wasn’t good at all, I had a double southern bbq sauce burger ! The patties were big and lumpy so it wasn’t very pleasing

Ordered 3 burgers. Only received 2 even though it literally said there should be 3 on the bag. So not everyone was able to eat and we ended up having to cook dinner any way. The bill was $48 so not cheap and not even the correct order.

Once you walk in the staff was not welcoming they all look at you up and down like your a bother I go to the kiosk for that reason placed my order ordered cheese fries burger and some nuggets the nuggets were so salty the burger had soft tomato's on it like if they weren't fresh the fries for the wait they should be fresh I sat down ate a little bit all I hear is loud laughs from the staff in the kitchen couldn't eat in peace this location for it being in the loop is not a good place to eat at
