Their chicken is probably the best item on the menu in my opinion and second best is the catfish fillet , both are so fresh & hot when I get them every-time . I’ll add pictures on another review . But this is the BEST SHARKS IN CHICAGO . Customer service is always nice . I’ve never had a bad experience at this place .
Called in order, ready upon arrival. The food is always fresh. The store is clean, including the most important area, where the food is cooked! The customer service has been great every time I call for pickup and up on arrival.

(1st visit) The Friday special (fried catfish tails w/fries & can pop) was #Delish. Lotta bang for your buck. I'll definitely return to try other menu options...
