This place has been here forever. Local joint great great smoked meats. All the meals are off the hook. And a great selection of beer. The staff rocks also

Great spot for a drink or watching the game! Highly recommend the patio. The food options are limited, so might not be the best for dinner.

Best BBQ in Chicago!! The Ribs, Amish chicken and wings are beyond good and smoked perfectly. It’s Real bbq & not smothered in crappy sauces like other joints who try to hide their lack of quality. Sheffield’s has been one of our favorite neighborhood spots, we’ve been coming here for over fourteen years and It’s always on point! Great beer selection as well!!!

4.4% credit card fee added to all tabs - one of the highest I’ve seen in the city! I’m so tired of nonsense fees being added to my check; I simply deduct it from the tip now. The beer was fine but the food was terrible.

The place is straight trash. It’s all dirtball energy from greasy crews hanging around and the waitstaff acts as their lackeys. They need to do better before I step foot back in there again, closest bar to my crib or not.

Great place and I want to give Megan (the most amazing waitress) a shout out. She is so sweet, has so much patience, and wants to make everyone happy. Thank you for being you, Megan ❤️

I went to this place because it had a lot of positive reviews, and I love a good patio, but it was across the board overwhelming. My main issue was with the cocktails. I had literally the worst espresso martini here, and it's hard to make a bad espresso martini y'all ? It was like cold coffee with some grounds it. As a hilarious garnish, they threw 2 lil coffee beans on top. Served in a plastic cup. So sad and yet $15 (menu prices are outdated, I guess?). I could have had a really good cocktail at an actual cocktail bar for less (which is what I did after choking down this espresso martini). The beer seemed better priced, and the food menu seemed good, but I didn't stick around the find out. Also, it feels more like a sports bar that has a patio than a beer and wine garden. It has a kinda funky smell and that general stickiness that a lot of sports bars have. The patio space is really bare bones with really prominent equipment. There are some nice plants on part of it, but not enough to balance out the rest. It's definitely not a place I would go for outdoor ambiance. Service was good, no notes there.

I’m mad at my wife for not introducing me to Sheffields sooner: We went the other night & the BBQ is incredible. Great portions & the service was great too. Highly recommended - I’ll be coming back soon.

I LOVE THIS PLACE

The bartender was incredibly friendly, and the drinks were really good! They matched my taste perfectly, provided samples, and were so passionate about their craft. They even took photos for me, creating the best memory I’ve had in Chicago. Although I’m visiting from Korea, this experience means I’ll definitely be coming back to Chicago. This place is so cool and enthusiastic—everyone should definitely try it out. I guarantee you won’t regret it.
