Server had a major attitude. Brough coffee full with oil (how??), when pointed out, rolled his eyes and said okay. Sounds like they don’t want to work there and really treat you like you’ve came to McDonald’s. Ended up leaving and went elsewhere.

Came to Chicago for a quick visit, and decided to stop by sienna tavern. The food is delicious, and well coursed , I’m still dreaming of the tiramisu. My server Neima was the sweetest and extremely knowledgeable Definitely a must try if you’re in the city!

Pasta was great. Dinner server was great. Orderred a couple drinks from the bar pre dinner and requested the House Cabernet and was served and billed for a $32 glass (not the House).... not cool.

The octopus was super amazing and cooked to perfection. The sea bass was mediocre as it was too blend and too sour with not much flavor.
Vegetarian options: Kori the bartender was kind of pissed off or something when I arrived there. She was cold and direct and not smile at all. Maybe the moral of this place is not good for employees. But once I got to talk to her more by using some sense of humor she changed and made the ambience much more comfortable. She has a beautiful smile and hope next week she is smiling even better.

Very good food, but the quantity of the pasta (Bucatini "Cacio E Pepe”) I ordered was not acceptable. I asked the server if a free refill could be done given the extreme low quantity I was served, he said no. for $22 I expect having a full plate not a 1/4 of the plate.

I wish I could have given a 0 star. I went to this restaurant, ordered food with an 4 course dinner and a drink. While I was having the drink, I asked for the food twice since I was hungry. Each time I was told I will be served shortly and hence time passed like this to 1 hr with food. At last I got frustrated and just stormed out of the restaurant and went to a nearby Mexican restaurant where I was served promptly. They are so busy with other customers that they forgot about me. The management does not know how to deal with all customers.

My husband and I went for lunch on Tuesday. Food was great. We wondered the oricchiette w/ sausage (best dish), tuna crudo, and Siena salada (a tiny overdressed. Drinks and wine were good too. Service was terrible, almost embarrassing for a restaurant like this. The waiter didn't talk to us until we said we were ready to order. He never asked if we want tap water or not (I didn't I wanted sparkling), he brought the menus, never said hi or anything. The only reason I knew he wasn't deaf is because he was non-stop talking with other waitresses. Even when food is spectacular (which was not the case either), if the service is disappointing, it ruins the experience for me. For the price, there MANY better places.

Loved the mushroom pasta & steak! Great atmosphere but definitely expensive compared to other restaurants in the area with similar food & cheaper prices. Great wine list but could use more cocktail options. However, the coccoli appetizers is probably one of the best appetizers I’ve ever had in my life.

Gorgeous inside however I feel the waiter could've been more attentive as it wasn't that busy, maybe a quarter full, we had to wait about 5 minutes before being seated as no one was at the host stand. They were out of a special and the food was very average and quite small for the price. The pasta came out cold and the basil on top wasn't even properly juillened. There was also a 3.5% surcharge which I think is a way for the restaurant to skirt paying their staff and have the customers cover it more than they already do.

Restaurant was beautiful and elegant, took about an hour to receive the appetizer, service was slow, but understandable considering it was very busy on NYE. The food was average at best. Serving sizes were small.

Food was delicious, service was prompt. Only disappointment was the additional 3.5% fee added unless requested for it to be removed. This feels deceptive. I'd much rather the price be reflected in the menu item's cost.
