This was our first time at Siena Tavern to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday. Kyle was our server, he was attentive and gave us great recommendations. We would definitely come back!

We enjoyed the Thanksgiving buffet — the food was delicious, consistently fresh, and replenished quickly throughout the evening with no items running out. What truly made our experience exceptional was our server, Brianna. She was outstanding: professional, attentive, quick with refills, and full of helpful drink recommendations, all delivered with a warm and upbeat spirit. We feel so fortunate to have had her taking care of us. Thank you, Brianna!

It was a great thanksgiving experience. The ambiance of the restaurant is great. Attention was good and all of the food offered in the buffet was outstanding. The pizzas super great , the kids loved them. Overall it was a great experience. 100% recommended.

The Thanksgiving buffet was very good. Many items to feast on. As with any buffet, some things weren't as hot as they could have been. Service was great; we liked being in the small room. It was much quieter than out in the main part. Price was in line with all the food choices. Standouts were the yummy whipped sweet potatoes and the butternut squash ravioli. We would dine there again for the Thanksgiving buffet.

Thanksgiving at Siena Tavern exceeded our expectations! Management: please repeat next year! Don't change a thing! From the Titos French 75 to the mezcal pineapple cocktail, the bartender prepared excellent drinks using quality ingredients...will stop in again for a cocktail. The serving staff was very attentive! The restaurant was beautifully decorated! Everyone was pleasant and attentive! Haven't had such an overall positive experience recently at a Chicago area establishment!!! Bravo, Siena Tavern...doing everything right! We will be back:)

Staff wasn't as attentive considering it wasn't busy at all we were maybe 1 of 4 tables But this has been one of our kids favorite restaurants so we come back for the food!

I came here for my birthday with a group of friends, and the food was delicious. That said, the service was not great, and it felt like our server barely spoke to us. I decided to get a drink at some point, but he took so long to come back to us that I ended up talking myself out of it. I also made the reservation online and called the restaurant the next day to confirm it, but I was sent to voicemail and never had my phone call returned. I was also disappointed that my birthday was not mentioned even once despite putting it on the reservation. The menu stated there would be an 18% gratuity added to large parties, and that seemed reasonable considering the subpar service we received. However, when they dropped off the check, we were hit with an unexpected 20% gratuity. I normally tip 20%, but I definitely felt 18% was more fitting this time. Overall, I wouldn't come for a special event again, but I could be convinced to eat here again if near the area. I'd rather go to Regalia in Edgewater. They will definitely wish you a happy birthday and even throw in a delicious dessert.
We arrived on time for a 6:30 reservation and were seated at 7:00pm. Then once seated we were greeted with water and our waitress didn't return for 30 min to take our order. She was very nice but the service overall was disappointing. The food was delicious but hoping this was a fluke with service otherwise not sure I'd return.

We had another great meal at Siena Tavern. Great food and excellent drinks. I do wish they had a house Chardonnay that had a some oak and full body. The Manhattan was excellent and the service fabulous.

One diner had allergies. The server was all over it and accommodated everything we asked for. The food was delicious. I eat out regularly and restaurants all over Chicago and rarely have enjoyed the level of service he provided. Thank you!! Now if the noise level could just be a little lower................

We really enjoyed Siena Tavern! The octopus appetizer recommended by our server was delicious as was the butternut squash ravioli. The service was excellent. Highly recommend!
