Just stopped in for the first time on a rainy Friday and the staff was so friendly and helpful. Honestly, just fantastic service in a quiet, relaxing atmosphere.

I’ve been here twice and always received friendly service. I appreciate that they don’t upcharge for oat milk. I’ve tried two different specialty drinks and really liked both. The interior is also nice and spacious with plenty of places to sit. I’m happy to have this addition to the neighborhood when so many other storefronts have been closing and hope they don’t lose business with people scared off by the recent negative reviews.

A++ service!!! The staff was kind, courteous, and answered all my questions. Great ambience. Loved the art on the wall. I had a coffee & muffin. I plan to come back again and bring friends.

Cute cafe, the food is okay, but every time I've come in the person on register has been weirdly unfriendly (and it's been multiple different people).

This is a very cute place, very cozy, in the neighborhood. The cons are: overpriced. They charge way too much to be so new and their customer service could stand for some improvement. Small coffee: $4 Also, I think they add a zero calorie sweetner to their coffee. The coffee is good, probably because of the sweetner, but sweetners don't agree with me.

Staff is not great, coming from a former barista. Vibe isn’t either. I’ve gone several times trying to give the benefit of the doubt ordering different coffees and foods but it’s just not great. I enjoy coffee shops that feel local, cozy, and welcoming. Unfortunately this just isn’t any of those. There’s also very little seating inside, and yet there’s a ton of empty space. It has a very stale feeling, like walking into a furniture store, lol. I second the review that mentioned it doesn’t seem Queer friendly as well. Bryn Mawr will continue the pursuit of a great coffee shop I guess!

I have driven past the Sip and Savor Edgewater location since they opened last fall, however I did not enter until today. Parking: paid street parking and I heard free parking down the street during certain hours. Coffee tasted excellent, however was pricey. I paid $12 for coffee and a slice of cake. I was glad to see they have $2 Coffee Tuesdays. Staff was very friendly and welcoming the moment I walked in. Place was extremely quiet; lots of people were on devices. Decor was cozy. I sat at window and enjoyed my afternoon treat. Nothing against the store (workers were extremely friendly and knowledgeable of all their coffee flavors), however I also guage the clientile to determine if I will continue to visit the location. The customer entering the store did not hold door for me and seemed exclusive; maybe its the North side community in general that I feel is not friendly. I may return to a different Sip and Savor location where I feel comfortable.

Wonderful place to focus and work. Staff are friendly and even remember my name. Interior looks better than it did when it was Starbucks. Recommended!

I only had a capuccino. I wished they served their drinks in a regular cup and not a disposable cup (bad for the environment) because I certainly don't need a one-time cup if I'm having my coffee onsite. The counter person was lovely (the one with dimples). Coffee was good. I enjoyed myself.

first time the young lady with locs was very unfriendly. it's early in the morning can't get a smile. no thank you nothing. Tried again week of Christmas she's just not friendly. literally 1/6 I just came to get black coffee and bagel. per usual. she sat and looked at me with the door locked. Like I wasn't there I thought they opened at 7 am. but I suppose her customer service sucks. get someone from this community to work this community. cause she is not it. So I called to see if they was open. the young lady brandy picked up. An I said I thought you all was closed cause you sat and watched me at the door. She said sorry I said and hung up. Then she called my phone back to harass me.

Was so excited to have another coffee place open in the Edgewater location as we walk by everyday. However, this was a one and done for us. The staff seemed really put out and it felt like being there and getting a drink was a big inconvenience for them. The coffee was really expensive and just tasted awful. Very watered down coffee that was overly sweet. The muffin was just a repackaged, dry muffin from a big box store. There are much better places to get coffee and food in the area. It’s a shame but won’t go back.
