The food and the service was just outstanding. 10/10 burger experience, I really don't think the restaurant could get any better, the menu design is flawless and the food is spot on. And our waitress was super nice and understanding.

First time customers, will NEVER go back. 9:15 arrive, they took 28 mins to get us 3 burgers. Then told us we needed to hurry, because they close at 10. I told them they will have to wait on us, as we had to wait on them. (And F U for even saying it) Burgers we sloppy messy, disgusting messes. I had to wipe my burger with a napkin before I could eat it. They made the orders wrong, the workers were arguing, cursing and not really working, it was not very busy, maybe 6 tables... I can't believe this place has any success. The seats have slats in them, my seating had what looked like months old fried stuck in the slats, and they were filthy dirty, probably have never been cleaned.

This was a small ppa e to begin with and not much seating. The tables were all dirtyand i had to clean me a place to sit. The cashier wasnt very friendly but the food was great! I couldn't even finish my burger.

No accountability for their 3rd part vendors! Order total for 3 sandwiches 1 fry and 3 drinks was $79 —we didn’t get our drinks AND food was cold (restaurant to delivery address 1.3 miles) fries appeared picked on. When I called about my missing items Manager told me he could only reimburse the whole purchase and didn’t want to do that so I’d have to wait until next 4-5 days for approval and he wouldn’t return my delivery charge or my 20% tip I had given the DoorDash driver even though the order was placed on their website not on DoorDash. Terrible experience while trying to cheer up a patient at the hospital. Extremely Disappointed. Not even the food I got was worth it —cold.

Food was cold, fries hard, missing my son 4 dollar milkshake and manager Mike tells me it's fine I can get a refund for the shake in 48 to 72 hours no option to get drink instead of refund paid for grilled onions got raw onions. Son burger soo dry. First and last time eating at smash burger. Thanks mike
