Excellent brisket that was perfectly cooked, tender enough to cut with a fork and a mild smoked flavor. Loaded waffle fries that are light, crispy and a heaping canvas for BBQ sauce slathered smoked brisket with a sprinkling of jalapeno peppers. Burnt ends with unending flavor. Baked beans that included chunks of sausage and brisket.
