It's a smoothie king, so a very casual experience. What went well: Good Smoothie, cashier was helpful in walking me through the menu, and prices were reasonable. Speed would help up the experience. There were quite a few people in line and I ordered fairly quickly (2nd in line, 2 smoothies) and then waited about 15min for my order.Vegetarian options: Primarily fruits/veggiesDietary restrictions: Primarily fruits/veggies. Reduced sugar options, metabolism booster, immune boosters, muscle building proteins, gut health, collagen, almond milk, oat milk, etc.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL! Ordered an acai bowl, they just blended everything together and made it into a disgusting smoothie. Tried to call, and the number is out of service and leads you straight to 411!

The Smoothie King is a little small but it’s perfect for having something in downtown. During the peak hours it’s pretty difficult to stand inside the store but you’re in and out quite quickly. The place is really clean and the employees are incredibly friendly.

Ordered my smoothie online at 7:27am received confirmation that it would be ready for pickup at 7:37am. arrived at the store there was a line, the workers were not greeting anyone, and we all were waiting for our orders. my order was not ready until 7:50am. I arrived at work 10 minutes late due to waiting on my smoothie. there was a customer there that had been waiting to place an order, when he asked if someone was going to take his order the employee yelled at him for his name. he stated he had been waiting for 30 minutes to place his order with no acknowledgment from the staff. the owner needs to be there on Friday mornings to help the staff with orders. I usually come on Fridays but I think I will give it a break for a while because the purpose of ordering online is for my order to be ready, and I can get to work.

Went on 10/21 at 4 pm and had a horrible experience girl with glasses in the front could not understand my order even after repeating it multiple times I asked her if she had anyone else who can take my order and she said yes there’s only to Mexicans in the back and when she went to get one of them I tried to order in Spanish too and even then nothing , I felt like they were playing d*** or something idk I felt so irritated after over 10 minutes of repeating my order that I had to just walk out before I was rudeWill never go back

I am a Newbie to Smoothie King and I’ll tell you this, Kendale and another employee- please forgive me, but all I can remember is ELJ! He and Kendale make my visit the absolute best!!Kendale greeted me upon entering and ask if I needed more time to review the menu. He answered all of my questions and told me that he makes the best Açaí bowl! ELJ entered the chat and added that not only does Kendale makes the best bowls, but that he himself also makes them with Love! Teamwork making the dream work!Being that this visit was my 1st time, I told him if it was good I’ll be back. Well to my surprise I just left again- back to Back. The 1st bowl didn’t survive my husband. It was soooooo good?ELJ told me to scan the code and download the Smoothie King app! Kendale chimed in and explained the points system. They were like a dynamic duo! Their Customer service was impeccable!! Thank you both I will be back! *This review will be edited when I get the correct spelling of ELJ☺️

This was the worst experience I have ever had. Order a smooth at 3:37 pm. An hour past paid parking Meter 3 times. Asked about the smooth 4:05, it wasn't ready. Was told to give them a few more mins. 4:15 asked again order was not ready again. I was told they ate making it now. Turns out that was not my smooth being worked on. 4:25 after coming from paying the parking meter again. I asked again where my order was. I was told I'm trying to get everyone order out at the same time. I said it's been 40 minutes since I ordered one item. I have watched countless other customers order and get their order and leave. I would like a refund. I was told I had to do it on the app. I read the app, and it told me to give them the order number, and they can do it at the store. They refused to give me a refund for after an hour wait. N I had to ask for them to make my order since you all refuse to give me a refund. Then my order was made wrong 3 times. I still did not leave with my order being right after telling her what I ordered. 4:51 I got my wrong smooth and left. I will never be back.

We were looking for some dessert and stumbled upon this Smoothie King on the way back to the hotel. Some stores were already closed, and it was great that we were able to visit this store prior to closing time.We got a couple of their bowls and a smoothie. Both of the bowls were delicious, and the smoothie was awesome. It was our first time trying this place. I do hope there's one near us so we can always go back and try other stuff.

Very disgusting didn’t bland my smoothie had chunks of protein at the bottom it was not good. Nothing was smooth about it. I’m very disappointed
