It's a smoothie king, so a very casual experience. What went well: Good Smoothie, cashier was helpful in walking me through the menu, and prices were reasonable. Speed would help up the experience. The Smoothie King is a little small but it’s perfect for having something in downtown. During the peak hours it’s pretty difficult to stand inside the store but you’re in and out quite quickly. The place is really clean and the employees are incredibly friendly.
Ordered my smoothie online at 7:27am received confirmation that it would be ready for pickup at 7:37am. arrived at the store there was a line, the workers were not greeting anyone, and we all were waiting for our orders. my order was not ready until 7:50am.
