Smyth, a 3-star Michelin restaurant, offers a fine dining experience with sumptuous, balanced dishes and phenomenal service. The ambiance is lovely, with lots of wood, leather, and rich textures, creating a beautiful and comforting environment. Every dish and drink is memorable, with each morsel crafted like edible artwork. The restaurant surprises diners with bonus courses like amazing burgers and fries, and the impeccable wait staff ensures a wonderful experience.

On the downside, some dishes like the avocado and eucalyptus ice were misses for some guests. The room temperature was cool, and the Lone Mountain wagyu and cherry dish was served too cold. The final course, an egg licorice and frozen yogurt macaron, divided opinions. The 20% service charge added to all parties raised concerns for some guests, questioning if an additional gratuity was expected.

Despite the creative dishes and beautiful presentation, the wine pairing was a letdown for some, with mediocre selections that did not match the exquisite food experience.
