Incredible experience. The food was so creative and delicious. The whine pairing was perfect, and from small producers that you’d never expect. Overall a fantastic spot with great staff, ambiance, and vibes.
If the taste of food is the primary point of criticism of a restaurant, which it should be; then Smyth delivered utter satisfaction. All the dishes were perfectly balanced to the point of being flawless. Ingredients were top shelves and fresh. For food alone, this place stands out.
However, a Michelin three stars also need to stand out in presentation, uniqueness in style and flawless execution in service. It somehow felt like a high end prix fixe restaurant....
