Excellent food and excellent service! The short rib clay pot was the best I’ve had. Every dish has a modern twist to the original Vietnamese dish.

Great food. However, it was apparent they were short staffed since it took an inordinate amount of time to order food and then it took some time for the food to ultimately arrive. I'm not sure I'll come back — they definitely need to button some things up.
Food was really good one of the better takes on elevated Vietnamese cuisine without screwing up what makes Vietnamese food great. The pho had a very beefy flavor letting the marrow broth shine through more than other pho where the spices rock sugar etc are more pronounced. Ironically more similar to a northern Hanoi style pho when the restaurant is named after Saigon. The clay pot stew tasted like Bo Kho and was great the bread wasn’t like a traditional Vietnamese baguette and had a sweet almost milk bread like flavor. The short rib was cooked perfectly as well

This restaurant was amazing. Super cozy and good service. I ordered the curry chicken and the egg rolls. Definitely recommended.
I’ve walked by this place a million times but finally got a reservation and can see this becoming a staple in our neighborhood rotation. Our server had great suggestions but wasn’t pushy, drinks were great, and all the food we had was incredible! Don’t sleep on the sun rice, it was perfect in its simplicity. Great date night or group dinner to share the whole menu.

The ambiance was beautiful! The service was spectacular! The food was outstanding!!! I'll definitely be back.
Got the crab fried rice and the short rib clay pot as mains, two mixed drinks (old fashioned and Sochi club), and spring rolls as a starter. The spring rolls were pretty standard, but the sauce that came with it was anything but. Absolutely delicious. The old fashioned was good, but on the spicy side. The Sochi Club was fruity and refreshing, really great drink. The crab fried rice was extremely decadent, and the short rib clay pot (only available Friday's and Saturday's) just melted in your mouth. The broth in the clay pot was absolutely incredible. Serviced was wonderful, and everyone was incredibly helpful and patient. We didn't have our kids with us, but we always love to see a kids menu at upscale places like this.
I LOVE Sochi! The food is so creative and delicious. I'm not a fan of standard Vietnamese food, but I never had anything at Sochi that didn't just WOW me. My favorites are the Lemon Grass Pork Spareribs and the Crab Fried Rice. This food is much more refined than Pho and has a much wider range of flavors integrated into each dish. The ambience is welcoming in this neighborhood restaurant with casual elegance.
Wow, the food here was so good. We shared the shaking beef, the clay pot one, the market salad, and the duck salad, and I really enjoyed all of them, but my favorites would be the shaking beef and market salad. Only downside in my opinion is how the windows were open, so the wind came in and cooled the food down

One of my favorite restaurants in the city. Consistently amazing dishes! Our favorites are the Grilled Betel Beef and Roasted Eggplant appetizers, and the mains include Ben Thanh Market Salad with grilled pork, Saigon Pho, and Deboned Chilli Salt Chicken.

Have been here many times and always excellent. The market salad and sun rice are our favorites.
Loved Sochi and would recommend! The food was unique, creative and phenomenal. Incredibly tasty, very flavorful. Very creative and unique taste on Vietnamese dishes. Overall service and ambience were fantastic too! Our waitress was spot on with her suggestions and recommend recommendations, both meals were 10 out of 10. Great for a date night, friends gathering, family or just about any occasion.
Only thing that held back a full five star review was the silly $6 added fee... for nothing. Just because. Never seen this at a restaurant before. In their defense, it can be removed upon request, however the whole thing made us feel uncomfortable. Enough with the layers of added fees post-listed prices in this country. Just adjust the menu prices accordingly, it's a business not a charity. It isn't cheap but, Sochi is AMAZING and WORTH IT. You will love it, I definitely recommend it.

Enjoyed my experience at Sochi! Pictured is the market salad (vermicelli bowl) and the shaking beef. We also ordered the chicken wings and eggs roll which I forgot to take pictures of.
The food here is pretty solid and definitely emulates Vietnamese cuisine. It isn’t your most authentic flavors, I’d say it’s definitely more “modernized” and the prices show that. Nevertheless, tasty! I wish the vermicelli bowl came with more sauce and veggies. The steak melted in my mouth - so good! But was the most bland take on shaking beef I’ve ever had. Felt like I was just eating grilled steak with fried rice, didn’t taste any Asian spices at all and no sauce on it. The egg rolls were amazing, didn’t care for the wings that much - too sweet for my taste. I definitely want to come back when it’s cooler and try the pho and banh mi!

Just had an amazing experience here. I have a pretty high bar for Asian food since I am Asian lol. That aside, my experience was amazing. John helped me choose my meal. He was super friendly and helpful when it came to picking sides, entrees and apps. I got the filet, wings, Pho and fries. The food was very modern viet and it delivered very impressed for sure will be coming back.
