Cool place, I used to live on Church St, 20 years ago. They have another young lady making those ginger shots, and she doesn't know what's she doing-she make them to strong, where you are forced to add that mess to another large cup-that you have to spend again. The African American lady knows how to make those drinks or shots. Someone needs to teach that stand by girl how to make those ginger/apple shots, she could make their sugar drop to low or make their blood pressure go to high, but the store is a wonderful place with all the nice people to help you!

One of the best health food stores in the area. It's family owned. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They have a juice bar, fresh produce, and a plethora of healthy options. I have been going here for over 30 years. My father introduced me to nutrition at a young age and it carried over to adulthood.
