I usually get my cupcakes from Sprinkles in Scottsdale, and they’re always soft, moist, and absolutely delicious—literally what got me hooked on the brand in the first place. But the one I got today was nothing like that. It was dry and hard, like it had been sitting out for a few days. You could tell it wasn’t fresh just by the texture. Super disappointed, especially considering the price. I’ve always loved Sprinkles, but this one definitely didn’t meet their usual standard.

It was almost 25 hours traveling. They were still good and delicious. The package kept themselves in good shape.
