I never leave reviews but I feel I must leave one because of how disappointed I am with my sprinkles cupcake. I placed an order for one cupcake for pick up. I was running a little late to pick up my order so I tried to call ahead and let the store know but no one picked up the phone, even though I tried calling multiple times. Each time I called I received an automated message stating they were too busy to pick up the phone. However when I finally walked in there was no one in the store. The staff member was really kind and friendly and handed me my order with ease but when I got home and opened up the box I was disappointed by how small the cupcake is especially for the price. I imagined it would be much bigger. Then when I touched the frosting it was hard as a rock. Literally turned to a crust. So disappointing and gross because the cupcake they gave me must have been days old. I ordered a lemon blueberry and when I cut into the cake portion there were only 5 small blueberries within the entire cupcake. I was expecting some kind of blueberry filling or more blueberries through out. I am extremely disappointed in Sprinkles, especially for how much hype they receive and how I walked across town for this cupcake.

Years ago, I went here for some mediocre cupcakes with even worse service and haven’t been back since. They had some weird unwritten rule that customers couldn’t go beyond the customer counter for health and insurance regulations. However, I was standing along the counter by the wall. If customers can’t stand beyond some invisible line along a wall, maybe don’t extend seating and the counter beyond that point. Other cupcake places are much better with service.

Stopped by this dessert shop during a trip to Chicago. The staff member who assisted us during our visit was very friendly and helpful. They had a very nice selection of cupcakes, cookies, brownies, and even dog treats. We ordered a few of the different cookies. The favorite of the ones we ordered was the salted oatmeal cornflake cookie. The flavors of the cookie blended surprisingly well.

The reason I deducted a star was because I expected a "fresher" cookie, if that makes sense. The cookie was a little more firm than what I am used to but it was still good. Outside of that one thing, I would say it was a good stop and I would go again if I were in the area.

Delicious cupcakes! I love that they’re the perfect amount of sweetness. The frosting isn’t gross, or overly sweet. Love stopping here when we come to Chicago. ❤️ my husband loved the lemon blueberry!

First time here. We came on a Wednesday afternoon, at the end of July and it wasn’t busy at all. We ordered on the tablet and got our cupcakes in about 5 minutes. There was only one worker working that we saw. There also wasn’t a lot of seating inside the restaurant, but there is a bench outside.

Wasn't happy with this place. What I saw was that they refused to give a delivery person an order to deliver bc they were on a bike. That person rode their bike from a long way only to be told he wouldn't be given the order. He seemed to be an older man and responsible. I wanted to say something but had to leave.

I ordered a Dark Chocolate Cupcake from the ATM and opened it on the road after I left the city and I got a cookie instead, even though I payed for the cupcake price... very disappointed because I love the cupcakes from Sprinkles and always get one when I see an ATM.

the shop is very cute, and the staff was super friendly, but the red velvet cupcake was way too sweet, I could only taste overly sugary frosting of the cake, and it was a bit over priced for a small cupcake

I went to the ATM, we chose the red velvet and banana cupcake. The tastiest one was the banana one. It was great to have the experience with the ATM. I liked

If you want a sweet dessert. This is the spot; all the cupcakes have a yummy taste. We tried the birthday, the chocolate, and the banana, and they were delicious!

The shop is cute, but 2 of the 4 cupcakes I bought were completely stale. They say that the cupcakes are made daily but there’s no way what I purchased was baked today- cupcakes aren’t supposed to be hard. Not to mention they cost twice as much as last year, and are significantly smaller.
