There was only one guy working, and even though he saw me waiting, he helped someone else first. He wasn’t multitasking or making orders, and people outside were also waiting a long time to pick up their drinks. It was just really chaotic... Also the drinks and donuts are hella sugary, the only good thing is the coffee itself with no add ins

Great staff! Made a larger order online and they had it ready within five minutes which was so incredibly helpful. Service with a smile and they clearly were just good people. For such a busy location, I was shocked they weren’t dealing with crap from customers but everyone was so happy!

Went here last week for a sweet treat, after having lunch down the street. They had a variety of donuts, treats, and drinks. We only ordered half a dozen of donuts. The donuts were very good, fresh. One of the donuts that I picked was the maple glazed long john, and to my surprise it was glazed on both sides 😋 so delicious. The girl upfront was very nice and helpful as well.

The donuts were dry and hard! Blueberry donut does not taste like blueberries at all it is just all artificial sweeteners.. What a disappointment ! On a positive note the staff was friendly but I will never buy another one of their donuts again !

I don’t want to be weird and ask for her name but the woman on August 26 around noon time was really great because she seemed to be there all by herself and the store was super clean despite them being busy I got a pumpkin latte and a doughnut and both were very good. She was also really quick, which was nice because I’m in a slight rush to get somewhere else and she was nice. She offered me a free sample of Matcha and that was also really cool. Thanks girl! 💘😊

The cashier lady was very mean, almost felt we were being discriminated. We were not allowed to use the restroom & the service was so inpatient and rushy when we just got there. No time to decide what we want to try & when we asked for an item to be warmed she told us it would blow up. It just felt wrong.

My friends and I came across Stan’s Donut after completing their 5k. I ordered a mocha protein shake with protein cold foam and when I tasted it, it tasted like peanut butter. I am glad I am not allergic to peanut butter or else I could’ve died in the middle of Stan’s. I told the barista and she did not take accountability for the mistake as my sticker was correct, but the drink was wrong. She said “so you want the mocha protein shake”? I told her yes as that is what I ordered. She eventually made my drink correctly after taking the time to make 5-10 other drinks. Overall, the location was slow and I do not live close enough to return any time soon.
