I ordered on Uber eats the night before for my husband’s birthday. In the morning when they opened they cancelled the order because they said ‘items were out of stock.’ But I looked at their menu and tried ordering what I ordered previously, and all items were in stock. Ruined birthday surprise.

I used to think Stan’s was just okay; I’d only had their donuts here and there when someone brought a box into the office. But today, I get the hype. Everything hit the spot: the coffee, the donuts, and especially the pretzel breakfast sandwich. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Great customer service, the lady (forgot her name) but she was very nice, guided us through and made GREAT recommendations.
I passed this place heading to devil dog, and the place looked so appealing from the outside.
Loved my donuts, didnt too much care for the birthday cake one, but Le Stan OMG best recommendation, the lady at the counter said she gets one about everyday, i see why.
Next time i come back to Chicago, i gotta come back here

Customer service has gone down at this location from years past. (And from what I hear I understand the service has gone down at other locations too). The people taking orders were almost rude, but were very short with me and others. And while ringing up the order, they got it wrong twice. Lack of attention, focus, and not saying names correctly left me not wanting to come back. Maybe it’s all the past good business and reputation that has led to lack of care of the customer in person experience.

I love Stan’s but they have to get better with keeping stock arrived at 4pm they close at 8pm but almost all donuts gone. Other than that great place.
