Moved to Jefferson Park...the thing I miss most about my old hood, is your coffee..
I ordered a macchiato and when I asked for caramel they offered sweetened condensed milk instead. It was absolutely delicious. Friendly service and fresh ingredients. Nice plate ware and spoons offered to milk your drink. The music was really nice and not too loud. Skip Starbucks and come here instead! Prices are cheaper as well
It’s a no for the chai but good for other tea and coffee

La Colombe Coffee Workshop is a small boutique coffee shop chain located under a blue line el stop in Chicago. The draft coffees are crazy smooth and delicious. The oat milk draft latte is creamy, foamy, and uniquely delicious, with a smooth texture and just-right flavor. It is the main reason customers keep coming back. Seasonal draft lattes include the salted caramel, chocolate covered strawberry, and s’more latte, though they sometimes sell out. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the wait is never more than 5 minutes. There is plenty of seating. Drip coffee is good, and they do not charge extra for oat milk as creamer. A suggestion is to go a little lighter on the ice, as it can water things down too quickly. The location is snugly tucked under a once graced John Cusack Hi Fidelity blue line el stop, across from the once legendary Double Door rock club.
