We were just hopping off the red line when we spotted the Stan's donuts and figured we should stop in for a treat on our way to the museums. My friend snagged a few of the mini donuts and said the carrot cake was her favorite. I had an apple fritter which was good--but it needed some apple chunks for some more flavor. I'd come back to try some other donuts. The staff were super friendly and helpful!

On a recent trip to Chicago, I found myself visiting Stan's Donuts daily. You have to get there early, because they sell out of some popular flavors early. The donuts are a little pricy, but the quality was excellent and service prompt and friendly despite the long lines. I tried all the donut types including jelly and custard filled, cinnamon rolls, twists, buttermilk, cake and apple fritters, but my absolute favorite was the lemon pistachio old fashioned. I'd come back for this every day if I could, I enjoyed that much.

Yum yum donuts! Cute bakery! We walked in and waited in a short line to pick up donuts. They had basic donuts and speciality donuts and mini donuts! Once we placed our order, the donuts were bagged. Showing the bag to our cashier, they could tell what we ordered and added our drinks. The lights in the ceiling had fake donuts too. So fun! I enjoyed my apple fritter.

We stumbled across this shop while looking for another that ended up being closed. We were so happy with our decision to give it a try. Coffee was great and fresh. Donut was the best we have ever had.... EVER. And great little shop to sit, warm up and people watch from the window. Croissant was airy and flaky: so delicious. So many donut options. Great place for breakfast and they open at 6am
Really nice staff, the doughnuts are delicious *sometimes a bit too sweet depending on which one you get*. I also love their coffee. The app makes it easy to order ahead and you get points easily. Support small business. Ditch Starbucks.

First time there and it was amazing! You must get the Bischoff square donut. My daughter said it was the best thing she has ever tasted! My son and his gfriend loved them as well. We tried several and always came back to this one. The old fashioned were great as well. The white sugar cookie donut w sprinkles was ok. Next time in chicago will only order the Bischoff!

We were in Chicago for a long weekend and kept seeing Stan’s around so we decided to try it our last day. We ordered the pumpkin cheesecake, lemon pistachio and a toffee donut. They were all delicious- the pumpkin cheesecake one is really big and rich- a pumpkin donut filled with pumpkin cheesecake cream. I don’t recommend eating the whole thing lol
