Horrible experience here due to a worker named Kia. Walked in, ordered a dozen donuts, she couldn’t hear me so I spoke up. She then told me not to yell at her. I simply was trying to make sure she heard me. She had a headphone in. It was very awkward and just a weird uncomfortable interaction. I then proceeded to order the donuts. I was charged incorrectly because Kia told her coworker I ordered specialties when I did not. I went back to get a refund and showed them the picture of the donuts I ordered. The nice man Stuart acknowledged that kia told him the wrong order and I was overcharged. Kia proceeded to aggressively swipe the pics of the donuts on my phone back and forth claiming she was correct when she wasn’t. She issued me the refund with a horrible attitude and zero acknowledgement. It was aggressive and rude. I feel bad for her coworkers as she seems to be creating a hostile environment.

Oooomph. Love that I have a local Stans but like a lot of people here the service is very bad. I come in to get a couple donuts and don’t get greeted or thanked for coming in “be right with you kind of thing.” Made it feel like I wasn’t even there even though I was standing in front on an employee grabbing some donuts, felt very ignored. I’ve worked up from customer service roles and would never think to leave a customer like that in a shop. This store might need to do some service trainings.

Ordered two dozen specialty birthday donuts for my daughter to share at a birthday celebration. Showed up morning of for pickup and only one dozen of the donuts were available. Eventually picked a different donut,but it was a standard option, so paid over $10 more for that dozen! Not only did the order ahead order not get filled correctly, the fix was to receive an inferior product as worker could not process any changes to the online order. Safe to say, that’s the last time I’ll visit Stan’s.

I just visited stans donuts on Broadway and I was trying to explain to the girl behind the counter how I had a bad experience last week when i got coffee and she told me to get to the point. She was very rude I get coffee every morning ill never go back there again. That was was really rude I wasn't trying to get anything free she could have stopped and just listened

Worst customer service ever the manager was highly rude in the morning!!! Horrible service don’t recommend.
The customer service is terrible. I go to buy donuts. 05 /29/2025. Around 3:25 pm. I. Trying use bathroom. But the lady name cae said the bathroom is only for customers. I am regular customer in the suburbs. Is the first time in this area. Cae refused to service. And called police because she said Traspasing. Cae is terrible customer service. She needs a capacitación o maybe she needs another job she likes

What kind of coffee shop doesn't offer hot water?? You offer regular water for free but ordering hot water is forbidden by store policy? What genius came up with that bright idea? I don't want tea because I'm allergic to some tea bags and I just needed some warm water to soothe a sore throat. Your employee refused to serve it even if I paid. YOU CANT EVEN BUY A CUP OF HOT WATER WHICH IS FREE AT LITERALLY EVERY STORE. Absolutely insane.

An automatic tip for a PICK UP iced coffee? What on earth level of taking advantage of your customers is this? This is out of control and disgusting. Tipping is optional for great service. It is NOT meant to be misused like this so that conglomerates can enrich themselves by pushing the burden of paying their employees onto customers! Enough is enough. You shouldn’t need to “opt out” of an automatic tip at a freaking coffee shop that doesn’t provide ANY full service. I’m never coming to this place again!
