Ordered online for pickup and it was a perfect experience! The food was delicious - flavorful and spicy and everything tasted fresh and satisfying: Chicken Pad Ped and Pad Khee Mao. Seemed like a nice spot for a casual lunch and would definitely recommend for takeout :)
I first experienced Star of Siam at the Taste of Chicago over 15 years ago...and it's still my favorite Thai restaurant to this day! The BEST chicken pad see ew I've ever had. The crab rangoon is so good too! I usually order take out and haven't dined in since pre-covid but used to love the seating on the floor with pillows. I highly recommend - five stars!
Funny story- I used to go to a Thai place on Clark but they closed years ago. Star is the ONLY place I have found to make Kang Karee! I got this dish by mistake from the place on Clark and been in love since!
