This is my second time eating at this subway I tried to give the benefit of the doubt but the first time I threw the sandwich out because the veggies tasted not so fresh… today I went and all the veggies were completely frozen I mean you can literally see the frost all over the veggies…. It looks like the cooler was up too high,I asked for better veggies and the manager looked like a deer in the headlights face….. I will never choose this location again! Horrific customer service. I ordered online for a pickup in store. I arrived with my email confirmation receipt and receipt of payment to this store (confirmed the address) and they refused to make my sandwich because their system wasn’t showing my order. Unhelpful and a refusal to attend to a customer’s justified concern!

Walked in after work only to see a giant metal shield covering their food stations. Best thing about Subway is being able to see what they are putting in your food. Can’t trust them anymore. Will continue to rate 1-Star at each location I visit until they go back to everything being viewable.Side note: this location consistently has a guy locking the doors late at night and taking a nap behind the counter. I caught him on video as well.
