Slowest internet , like going back to 1998 dial up speeds at this Starbucks! How cheap is the owner where they get the lowest speeds, don’t expect to get work done here unless you’ve ave for all day and are extremely patient. Download speed 1.39, really?? This place should be outcasted for penny pinching.

Ordered a venti with no ice, got a grande in a trenta cup, asked for it to be full and was asked to pay extra. I thought the ice rule was no longer a thing? Not a single Starbucks in the city that I’ve gone to has done this to me and to experience it at 5:40 in the morning was a horrible start to my morning. Why am I being charged extra for a drink I already paid over 6 dollars for? I have sensitive teeth and simply wanted my regular order. Very disappointed.

Stayed at Hotel Saint Clair, which was across the street. We got Halloween cups, beverages, breakfast sandwiches, and cake pops. The ladies working there were all extremely friendly! Had a very good experience at this location and will be back every time we visit Chicago from now on!

Drinks are a toss up at this location. I ordered the spicy pineapple today and it taste like water with spice. I tried to force my self to drink it and it made my stomach hurt. This location needs to do some training on making the drinks that are non-coffee correctly. When I order my Matcha Latte it is also a toss up on if it will taste right or not. Service is ok. Girls speak some times when you enter just depends on who's there.

Extremely disappointed with service, manager Jasmine, and drink. They refused to add more water to strawberry acai, and they wanted to charge us to fill the drink 12oz that we paid. Store manager and employees argued with us and on top of it when I requested a manager card she didn’t give it to us. This is a great Starbucks locations. Slightly off Michigan Ave.. the tourist don’t come here as often since it’s hidden in plain site.The staff is friendly & fast. Overall a good location!!I give this place a 5⭐️Jerry (the pigeon) gives it 5⭐️ as well
