I get coffee here three days a week — the staff is great, always friendly, and they have it ready on time, which I appreciate. The place has a nice vibe overall. But honestly, for $9 a cup, I expect my coffee to be full. It’s consistently not, and that’s disappointing. With prices this high, the least I expect is a full cup. Hope this gets addressed.
Every Chicago bridal show I have breakfast here and I love how sweet the staff are and how well they manage to service everyone effectively during a busy event.
