Store is full of customers, only 2 employees working, customers waiting on their orders are asking the lady that is taking orders to help the guy making orders because of wait time.What a mess 25 min to get a coffee, Employees are very nice but definitely very overworked and understaffed.Looks as corporate America at its best again with squeezing profits but forgetting about basic customer experience.

Service was beyond horrible, the two workers around 6:30 pm had some of the worst customer service I've ever received at Starbucks. One was washing dishes while the other made drinks while they were both talking loudly about going out plans. I was never greeted, he took my drink order rudely and said something under his breathe that was hard to make out. 0 stars. Get some new employees, because those two are far from respectable young adults.

I frequent this Starbucks a few times when in working in the area unfortunately every time I visit I order a caramel macchiato. Even though the staff is great I can never get a full cup or close to a full cup seems this happens throughout Starbucks. I’m not being picky close to the top would be great not 3/4’s of a cup. Yesterday I had them make a new one and today same thing. How would you feel with the price of gas $4.69 you get 3/4’s of a gallon. I believe this can be resolved by better training. As a contractor don’t build anything you wouldn’t want at your house. Don’t make a drink unless you unless you want it served the same way. Problem solved.

Thanks to the Starbucks worker with the pink hair and different color eyes went above and beyond expectations and drink was made excellent day was super fast and super friendly. Will definitely be coming back.

the ladies here were so sweet :) super enthusiastic and friendly. now this part isn't relevant but it's the first time a starbucks has ever spelled my name right, because my name is commonly spelled in a different way. upon receiving my drink, the baristas kindly asked if they spelled it right and we had a nice little conversation. as someone who does work in retail and around customers very often, i love taking a particular interest in people behind the counter and being extra respectful. i love talking with customers and taking interest in them too besides just selling the product. loved seeing these ladies. i had a great experience with these baristas. can't wait to come see them again!
