I just wanted to jump on here and give a five star review for the gentleman that was training today. There was a very unruly guest, who obviously doesn’t understand how Starbucks works. She was incredibly rude, and then proceeded to accuse the staff of having an attitude and demanded” I just want my coffee.”Way to go for not engaging and to continuing your workflow and learning to be the best barista possible!
