jessica was super nice and accommodating for us when we didn’t know what we wanted
Never open on time….. if says it open at 4:30am it means 4:30am not 4:48 not 5:00 but 4:30am
Very rude personal here , it was bad experience
The man at the counter was prompt, kind and patient. Thank you for providing an awesome experience.
I love Starbucks coffee, is one of my favorites place to come and take my coffee. Is not the only place that I visit to do it. I coming here many times. My concern is because for the first time I ask for the restroom and the counter girl looking me bad.

The quality of plastic cups is a bad ....for the expensive coffee.....Today I buy one and throw it away because they look like paper.

I love going to this starbucks location. Usually, we see the same barista in the morning, and he is amazing. He always gets our order right, which is a big deal ?. Amazing staff and service ?.

Been here twice. I think I got one of the 5 stars services for my first visit but the second visit is so so. Overall, is a Starbucks. Just a place to grab a drink and go. Not too long wait.

I usually never write reviews but I visited this establishment a few days ago and witnessed a man (African American) being racially profiled. After ordering, the man politely gave the cashier 20 dollars and he was promptly accused of having counterfeit money. The man was astonished by this accusation and justifiably asked for the manager. The woman in charge states that she is the active manager and doesn’t feel comfortable accepting this man’s cash. She previously accepted cash from other customers that did not have the same ethnic background. The man, embarrassed by this predicament, walked out immediately. I was shocked and disappointed by this blatant display of racist behavior.

What an unpleasant experience, being berated by the snippy new manager. There is always a nice way to address customers, even when you are busy. We live slightly closer to this location, but I'll be returning to the Roscoe Village Starbucks where they are often busier, but nevertheless cheerful.
