Don’t bother with this Starbucks if you’re in any sort of rush/hurry. Ordered a mobile order to this location on a few occasions and had to wait upwards of 20+ minutes on multiple occasions. Pass.

They are always very friendly and know me by name. Drinks have always been good & easy to customize. Food is packaged and not made there, so it is what it is. My only complaint is that some days the music is so loud it is difficult to have a conversation.

The people who work here are so nice, however, the service is very slow. Waited half an hour for a drink last time I was here. Even when it's not super busy I feel like the service hasn't been super efficient, but it's a good stop in the winter in the Chicago snow.

All of the employees are so nice! I work at the front desk in the same building and I've never had an issue with my order. As far as the restrooms go, it's not their fault there's none onsite; that's strictly the rules of the building management!

Do you love weak or burnt coffee? Do you want your coffee filled so high that it spills all over you, and you can't even remove the lid unless you are holding the coffee over a garbage can? If you answered yes, then this is the Starbucks for you! They also never have oat milk. EVER. I also spent 15 minutes recently waiting for my mobile order that I'd ordered 20 minutes ahead of my arrival. Turns out, that wait was for naught because my coffee WAS on the counter just under the wrong name. How did they get my name so wrong when it was a mobile order where my name is correct on my account? Who knows.

Starbucks is a chain and for the most part all of them are pretty standard. I don't usually review chains unless there's something about them that make them stand out. The drinks here are like any other Starbucks, however the service here makes it stand out. I went in one morning while working next door at the Bank of America building being constructed and witnessed like 8 people come in back to back, all of them the employees would greet by name as they walked in. The service here is exceptional, fast and friendly.
