I asked for the chocolate mint frappe. He looked at me with this lost look, I should have walked out right then, but he rambled something. Waited 10 minutes for my drink and there were 3 baristas behind the counter. She finally gave me a double chocolate chip frappe. What was not even smooth. Just ice and slushie. It's been 30 minutes and it's still not drinkable there are whole ice cubes in my cup. Horrible!!
