I have been to many Dunkin’ in the Chicagoland so I think I have a decent measure of comparison. This place runs like a well-oiled machine with fast and timely service. Most of the morning times they are very busy, however everybody behind the counter is working at full speed including the manager, Tiana. I'm not a Dunkin' Donuts type of girl, but occasionally, I will stop to get a hot cup of chocolate or a bacon Maple sandwich.Dec, 9th and at 11 am I was expecting a fast-paced environment but it was slow which is fine and it gave me time to relax for a bit. After I entered I encountered such an unsatisfactory welcome. She was not only unwelcoming and unpleasant but she was handling the garbage, and doing a lot of other stuff as we entered.
