I was staying at the fairmont next door and came in for a coffee and bite to eat. When I walked in I was warmly welcomed which I’ve never had at a Starbucks before which was quite nice. My coffee was extra hot and so was my breakfast sandwich which I loved compared to other Starbucks. Considering how busy it was with names being called out every few seconds there were so many staff and it was so organised. Very nice people, but the service is extremely slow. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve stopped in for a coffee or a pastry and waited for 20 minutes for it to come out. Their supply chain needs to be recalibrated for in person ordering.
