Went here to get a coffee and the music is so loud I had to repeat myself. After several repeats my order still was incorrect and this place does not allow you to do the your own cream in your coffee. There is no cream or sugar bar and no stirrers to be found. Might I suggest turning the music down and listening to your customers while providing sugar and cream.
Great service and gift items, upto date on the Fall flovors and drinks . Note, a lot of the local cofeee shops do not carry the sesonal flavors, at one they said they do not offer them and said if you want that , you need to go to a Starbucks . which we did .

Don’t listen to the corporate aon center shmucks on this review thread—they just get upset when other people’s coffee gets made before theirs (I’ve seen it).The employees at this Starbucks work harder than God, every day. This store is located at the bottom of the Aon Building, which means every employee and their mother on 70+ floors wants their coffee at 8:45am before their board meeting at 9.
