So spacious, but staff can be rude. Ordered a drink and a snack and had headphones on, when they placed a food item out that looked like mine so I went up to read it if it was mine. Before I could get close the barista yanked it away and loudly said no. Kind of felt like being treated like a child….never a good experience.

a month ago I went into Starbucks and was treated rudely the staff ask was I having a good day because he is reading my body language. I told him I am having a bless day he continues to challenge me on rather or not I am having a good day I was extremely uncomfortable and even though I had paid for my drink and received it I threw it away because I have never had an encountement like that in all of my 29 years of living not sure if it was because I was a woman of color or what but I will never go in there again

I Can Always Depend On A Starbucks Coffeehouse To Grotesquely Disappoint Me. I Scanned Through Their Mobile App and My Eyes Feasted Upon This Scrumptious Looking $6.95 Tomato & Mozzarella on Focaccia Bread Sandwich. Instead, What Starbucks Gave Me Was One of The Most Disgusting Sandwiches I Have Ever Held In My Hand and Wondered What In The Hell Just Happened To Me. This Sandwich Had No Resemblance To The Tasty Looking Tomato & Mozzarella on Focaccia Bread That Was Depicted On The Starbucks Mobile App. The Tiny Size Imitation Focaccia Bread Possessed None of The Qualities of Typical Hearty Focaccia Bread. The Mozzarella, Spinach, and Tomatoes Barely Occupied One Fourth ( 1/4 ) of The Length of The Focaccia Bread. I Removed Most of The Bread and Used The Remaining Small Piece To Make Something Edible. I Have Grown Weary of Expressing My Disappointments To Starbucks Employees and/or Customer Services, Instead I Rather Just Leave In Peace and Never Order This Ridiculous Excuse for A Sandwich Again.

This store needs to tell their customer that only service animals are allowed. Kept seeing people bringing their dogs inside. And today I had someone sit next to me while he let his dog licked a cup of whipcream in front of me. I mean, it's not the dogs fault, but I just thought that maybe the baristas can remind these people not to bring their dogs. You could tell that this store is not as clean as it used to be.

Sharnae had amazing customer service and made our day!
A woman and a man came in and the man had a huge dog on a leash. Dog was not a service dog. Man kept telling to the dog to sit but the dog refused. The woman the man was with got her order in 5 mins and they both left together. Don’t know why the man couldn’t wait outside for her. He wasn’t buying anything just standing there with his big, untrained dog in the way. Starbucks allowed it so they’re getting one star from me and it grossed me out so I didn’t order anything from them.

Alright. I visited at around 3:30 on a school day. It was PACKED with students of all ages waiting for maybe parents to pick them up? Waiting before they go home? The employees were so patient. The students were ordering free waters etc and then leaving messes, spilling water. At one point the employees had to get them into an organized line. Kudos to you both for keeping the peace and patience.My drink was exactly as expected. I found a table to myself eventually so I could relax. The usual music, lighting, and seating Starbucks is known for.
