This store needs to tell their customer that only service animals are allowed. Kept seeing people bringing their dogs inside. And today I had someone sit next to me while he let his dog licked a cup of whipcream in front of me. I mean, it's not the dogs fault, but I just thought that maybe the baristas can remind these people not to bring their dogs. You could tell that this store is not as clean as it used to be.

Use this location so often but the consistency needs to be improved especially service animal policy. Some are definitely not and it’s obvious. Of course they are cute dogs but treat everyone equally about the rules.

Kimi is a racist. If you are of color I suggest you go to a different Starbucks. He felt I was rude. Lmao because I asked a question and he was too arrogant to answer in an educated manner but hey that’s why he works at Starbucks. Only need for a minimal education. Learn to not be so personal with your responses. Customer service is to be applied to everyone in a professional manner not personal manner. God Bless him. He’s a bit confused.

A woman and a man came in and the man had a huge dog on a leash. Dog was not a service dog. Man kept telling to the dog to sit but the dog refused. The woman the man was with got her order in 5 mins and they both left together. Don’t know why the man couldn’t wait outside for her. He wasn’t buying anything just standing there with his big, untrained dog in the way. Starbucks allowed it so they’re getting one star from me and it grossed me out so I didn’t order anything from them.

This is a nice coffee shop in Old Town. Went there for a latte and to do some work. The music was good.

Alright. I visited at around 3:30 on a school day. It was PACKED with students of all ages waiting for maybe parents to pick them up? Waiting before they go home? The employees were so patient. The students were ordering free waters etc and then leaving messes, spilling water. At one point the employees had to get them into an organized line. Kudos to you both for keeping the peace and patience. My drink was exactly as expected. I found a table to myself eventually so I could relax. The usual music, lighting, and seating Starbucks is known for.

I go to Starbucks for consistency, and that was not delivered here.I ordered a cold brew with light ice. When my name was called, I was given some kind of milky coffee concoction. Fortunately, they were quick to turn around and get me what I (thought I) had ordered. Alas, I stepped outside, took a sip, and realized what they had given me was iced coffee.I don't mind drinking iced coffee, but if I'm paying $5 for a cold brew, I want cold brew - not iced coffee!
