came in this morning and had great service and energy from two baristas here, jalen and blake. they went above and beyond and made my ordinary morning a little special. these two need raises asap!!!
This store needs to tell their customer that only service animals are allowed. Kept seeing people bringing their dogs inside. And today I had someone sit next to me while he let his dog licked a cup of whipcream in front of me. I mean, it's not the dogs fault, but I just thought that maybe the baristas can remind these people not to bring their dogs. You could tell that this store is not as clean as it used to be.
Use this location so often but the consistency needs to be improved especially service animal policy. Some are definitely not and it’s obvious. Of course they are cute dogs but treat everyone equally about the rules.
