This store needs to tell their customer that only service animals are allowed. Kept seeing people bringing their dogs inside. And today I had someone sit next to me while he let his dog licked a cup of whipcream in front of me. I mean, it's not the dogs fault, but I just thought that maybe the baristas can remind these people not to bring their dogs. You could tell that this store is not as clean as it used to be.
Use this location so often but the consistency needs to be improved especially service animal policy. Some are definitely not and it’s obvious. Of course they are cute dogs but treat everyone equally about the rules.
Alright. I visited at around 3:30 on a school day. It was PACKED with students of all ages waiting for maybe parents to pick them up? Waiting before they go home? The employees were so patient. The students were ordering free waters etc and then leaving messes, spilling water. At one point the employees had to get them into an organized line. Kudos to you both for keeping the peace and patience.My drink was exactly as expected. I found a table to myself eventually so I could relax....
