I am so sad this location is closing and only wished I had reviewed them sooner. The staff here were by far the friendliest and most on-point staff I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with. I picked up drinks and food here 5+ days a week since June of this year, and never once had a remotely negative experience. Eventually everyone learned my name and always exchanged pleasantries with me as I quickly darted in and out. I have no idea how my days are going to go without the convenience of ordering on the app as I flew into work at the last minute every day.

As I spoke with the staff and expressed my grief over the absolute nicest people losing their jobs, they still were so gracious and positive. They were all hopeful they would be placed at other locations, and I sincerely hope every one of them are. This was a superb location and the community is going to miss it and the staff dearly.

The barista here denied me water without a purchase which is illegal. I didn’t remember that at the moment and was forced into buying something to get water on a hot afternoon

The customer service here is horrible. I stopped by today for water as I needed to take my medication and was told I needed to purchase something. Not a problem, I purchased something and the barista told me I was being wasteful and continued to berate me for needing water. I shouldn’t have had to explain to him the need for water after purchasing something let alone be scolded.
The experience and his behavior was demeaning and extremely unprofessional!

If I could leave a negative star I would based on one employee. I walked into the establishment after already receiving service there and seeing how the employees were attentive to the entering customers (greeting and welcoming them to Starbucks) but not me, my second time around I came in there were no other customers and the employee/mgr was right in front and made me wait 3mins before acknowledging my presence, I asked him for a cup of ice water (knowing the policy) he began to recite it which wasn’t the issue but more so the fact of how long he made me wait before greeting me knowing that I was in the lobby. I really didn’t want to use the race card as the reason but as stated above I had previously been in the store to already see the interactions with the majority of that neighborhood of customers. Once I received my water I later called back and asked for the name of the manager and the same gentleman hung up on me. I will never go to this establishment again.

Employee would not provide water without purchase, which I've never encountered. Usually you pay for the cup/lid if anything. I'll stick with normal locations

I’ve been a Starbucks Rewards Member for ten years, today I was told by the lady behind the counter ( ten minutes ago) I can’t get a cup of WATER without a PURCHASE! And then she actually cleared her register as if she expected me to place an order !!!🤣i would cash in my points right now, but oh I forgot you guys also kicked me out of my old account stating I needed a new password and the app created another account for me and stole my points as well! PLEASE DO BETTER Starbucks ! Long term customers are already giving your company a new nickname, and I promise it does NOT began with the word “ Starbucks”

service is always very fast and pleasant for what i’m sure can be a challenging location to work at. the baristas are always friendly, the coffee is always well-made, and lonetta, the manager, is a truly lovely person who really goes the extra mile to bring light to people’s day. always worth a stop!

My daughter made a small mistake on where the orders were kept and the cashier freaked out on her like she’s a child. There is no reason to. And the tone she used was so unnecessary. My daughter is like eight she shouldn’t have to go through this also it’s not her fault that they put their coffee in a different place and it normally is. I’m so disappointed right now I would give them a one but the coffee ate

Horrible service!!! I ordered two drinks and simply asked for a cap holder. The barista rudely told me they only give them if you have THREE drinks. That’s insane! How hard is it to give a simple cap holder? Absolutely ridiculous and frustrating experience. Will not be coming back! I ordered one more drink using my ⭐️?‍♀️

I asked them if they had a bathroom. And they advised no public bathroom. I was like even for customers? As I was going to buy my Caramel Macchiato. Two guys stated no. Never heard of a Starbucks not allowing customers to use the bathroom. I'm from Vegas and visiting friends in Chicago. This is 1:35pm Chicago time. And this is Thursday May 23rd, 2024. I hope someone in their corporate office read this. If a manager see this please review surveillance, that is why this location have only 4 stars. Also I don't look or dressed like a homeless person.
