This is a very nice Starbucks. Although, I had I a hard time finding it because of the construction around it that is blocking its sign.

Came in early the morning like at 6am and a male employee kicked me out for no reason 10 minutes after I finished drinking my coffee and eating my breakfast. How rude of em and I'm a student at NLU. Also I was just waiting till 7:30 because that's the time they let us go to our classes, when I got kicked out at 6:10; I was literally standing outside in the cold for a whole freaking hour. What a pathetic place to go to. NEVER COMING BACK TO THIS STARBUCKS EVER AGAIN DUE TO ITS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RUDE EMPLOYEE.

My husband’s wallet got stolen here, by some random walking-in black guy who threw empty Chipotle bags over our table. Nobody did anything. That’s after a barista decided that my husband was “Okay diva”

Last night I arrived at the place at 6:40 pm, I was standing in line, it was full of people, at 7 pm they closed the door and the people who had already been waiting for a long time were told to leave because they were not going to attend. our order because it was already closed, after we arrived before closing, this goes completely against the policies of startucks that I know well, in the photo the man behind says he is the manager who gave said order I hope the company does something with these situations

Cofe was hot, delicious and service was excellent especially with the crowds who came from the park!
We was about a 50 customer at the shop and I got my order in less than 10 min!
They took care a lot of the safety (clean & weather)
I got hot chocolate & caramel latte, they was delicious and super tasty especially with the windy weather & freezing temperature which drops down to -5 degrees outside!
