Ok, this is my favorite Starbucks location! Not only is the store manager ERIKA the best I've seen Starbucks have, but her staff is equally awesome; Kayla, Elizabeth (mynamesakelove), Lauryn, Stephanie, Mars, Ophelia, Cordell, Josiah, Rafa, Cora, Daniel & Ana are all absolute super stars!!!

My experience was very bad because of the person who attended us; his name is Rafa. From the moment we were in line, we noticed he was behaving very poorly toward other customers, and when it was finally our turn to order, at the very first question we asked, he rolled his eyes angrily and made an “OMG” comment when we were simply asking about the menu. We are visiting Chicago and ended up with a very bad impression of Starbucks because of this employee. We informed his manager about Rafa’s poor attitude.

I come here pretty regularly when I'm going up north and the atmosphere is great. The workers seem to have a bit of fun and the duo (Mars and Cora I believe) behind the counter last time I was there were great at making conversation while prepping orders. Do not intend to stop coming any time soon.

I visit this location every morning. Kayla and Shika are the MOST amazing people! Always smiling. Always accommodating. They keep this location together. The store is always clean. There has been a lot of turnover so happy to see my two favorite ladies still there!

Terrible location. Walked in straight to the register with no line and put in my order. There was about 7 other people waiting for their orders. Ordered 2 drinks and a jalapeno pocket. Got the first drink after 20 mins, 2nd drink after 25 mins and waited 40 mins for a jalapeno pocket that I never got. As I was walking to the counter to get my jalapeno pocket after they called my name.... someone else took off with it. Waited another 10 mins to get an employees attention to tell them what happened and they proceeded to tell me that they were all out of jalapeno pockets and gave me a refund. So I spent almost an hour of my time at Starbucks only to receive half of my order and the other half getting stolen.
