Service was a little slow. But perfect location across the street from my hotel.

I ordered an impossible breakfast sandwich here they completely made the order wrong and when I called to let them know the girl wanted to argue with me over the phone and I asked if the sandwich could be made before I got there since I was on my lunch. When I made it there the sandwich wasn’t ready and was told the manager was in a meeting. I expected better customer service because they’re located in the Hancock but I guess I was wrong. A sorry would’ve made things slightly better but it’s a shame people just don’t care anymore.

What a joke. Service is rubbish and staff are clueless. When you order 2 hot drinks and they come 20mins apart. At 10.30 in the morning so not rush hour either. The evening staff are just as clueless. Poorly trained staff who don't really care. Would NOT recommend unless you have an hour to kill.

The exterior design is sleek and modern, embodying the Starbucks brand identity. Inside, the ambiance is undeniably captivating, though the space could benefit from expansion to better accommodate the heavy foot traffic. Located in a bustling downtown Chicago hotspot, this particular Starbucks is always alive with activity, regardless of the time of day. The in-store line was exceedingly long, prompting us to place an online order, which, surprisingly, took even longer to fulfill. Patrons who had been behind us in the physical line received their orders before ours. Despite the extended wait, we remained patient and took in the surrounding view. The service was adequate, though not particularly enthusiastic or cheerful. However, it was evident that the staff were working diligently, and I commend their efforts. Overall, I would recommend this Starbucks to any aficionado looking for a unique experience and a great vibe. However, if you're pressed for time, this is probably not the ideal Starbucks location for you.

this place is amazingg!!! i always come here with my friends and no matter how long the line is, they always make sure to make my order delicious! i usually get a grande brown sugar shaken oatmilk espresso and they eat it up EVERY. TIME. the employee who usually greets me at the register, giselle, is super sweet and she makes sure that i have a good experience. overall 10/10 and a wonderful example of how all starbucks' should be

For being so close to a Chicago hotspot, I think that this Starbucks location deserves their flowers. I visit here quite often, and they have always gone above and beyond with their amazing customer service, especially the employees who work early in the morning.

The guy that took my order doesn't speak any English and could not understand how to say or spell my name. The other employees are constantly having personal conversations and pissing off the customers for having to wait so long for the orders. They need better and more efficient management.

Americano was boiling hot burn my hand and waited to burn my hand for 25 min rude staff and bad bistro .. was given some ice for relief

what you asked for at the cash register and what you get are two different things. And not me correctly brought it to the barista‘s attention and all they did was point at the label and that was it. It was supposed to be a Vente brown sugar, oat milk, chicken, espresso, like ice they gave me a grande normal
