This Starbucks struggles with demand, and my last 4+ orders have been delayed. Generally nice people, but if you’re in a rush, I recommend going to one of the four other Starbucks locations in a block or so radius.

Came in just now and ordered 3 croissants along with a few coffees to go. One of the croissants fell out the bag and onto the ground being covered in dirt and whatever was on the ground right as they handed me the items. I kindly asked the person who handed it to me that the one croissant had touched the ground and if anything could be done to have it replaced. She said sure but was clearly upset I even bothered her to do it. She hands it back 3 seconds later saying she got me a new one and warm as when I received it all while the other co workers were all smirking and almost laughing. I knew something wasn't right and when I started walking away I opened up the bag and low and behold she hands me the same item that's covered in dirt and residue from the ground that was in their shop. I was buying this for my kid and I'm really pissed off that the workers here even after I tipped them wouldn't even care to just do the right thing in this situation. This Starbucks has employees who don't give a damn about their customers and it's clear that a simple request and good reasoning for a replacement was an inconvenience to them. Moral of the story they will happily serve you dirt and grime even if it makes you sick just as long as you don't bother them with a simple request but don't forget to tip them as their payment pos system prompts you to do. God forbid you don't tip cause then you'll get even worse service. Screw this Starbucks I don't need their products and clearly service and good morals is not their strong suit. Only came here based on convenience but I'll gladly support a different business going forward.
