Ok, this is a must see when you're in Chicago. 4 floors of Starbucks is a bit overwhelming. Make sure you're not in a hurry because I've been told by a local this place is ALWAYs packed. Had to wait over 30 minutes for our coffee and pastries, which were ok when we finally got them. The employees here are overworked and basically on an assembly line, so they don't have time to be overly pleasant. Rodrigo S & Miles are beyond phenomenal. They are patient, kind, and exhibit fantastic skills when building rapport with their clientele. Whatever they are making they deserve more. Starbucks needs to continue to employ staff that model their abilities regarding their work ethic, and attitude when dealing with customers. I can’t say enough good things.
