The barista with the fluffy bucket hat is always friendly, positive, and genuinely kind, making the most delicious drinks with care. A specific staff member named Masheayah was very helpful, answered all questions, and made a drink quickly. Another staff member named Paris is described as one of the kindest people. The top floor terrace contrasts with the busy street, and there is a large gift buying area. Be patient with the staff when it is busy; it is worth the wait.
