usually I go to the Starbucks on Michigan/Illinois however, today that location wasn't taking mobile orders so I decided to give this location a try. I came in, wasn't greeted, just looked at while the baristas finished their conversation. Another customer walks in, and they are greeted with lots of energy and was also greeted when they left. few minutes went by and they're calling out mobile orders. I noticed one drink was sat down and name wasn't called. minutes later I decided to take a look at the cup and lord behold its my drink. I ordered a venti coffee 4 pumps of Roasted vanilla, 3 pumps of cinnamon dolce and cream. It Tasted like it was just coffee and cream ! lets just say this will be my last time spending money at this location. STAFF WAS RUDE, DRINK WASNT MADE CORRECT, WILL NOT BE BACK!!

On our way to the post office, my friend and I decided to quench our thirst with an Oleato. This was a mistake.My friend is VERY sensitive and this drink caused his stomach to hurt (for reference, he is very similar in demenaer and appearance to a greyhound). He was also lethargic and told me that he needed to sit down. I was so alarmed! I know that olive oil is good for skin and coat health, but this was just downright worrying.Do NOT, I repeat, do NOT let your greyhound-like companions anywhere near the Oleato.

Visiting from out of town and placed a mobile order. Ordered 2 hot flat white coffees. Walked a distance from my hotel to pickup order. Got back to hotel and noticed I received 2 hot tea even though the sticker on cups says flat white. Called store to get refund and was told to call Starbucks corporate. Not worth the hassle.
They don’t take cash, but they didn’t tell us till we ordered.Cashier was very rude.

Located in the middle of many hotels and business area. Always busy. Very small outdoor area is available in good weather.

I am a regular there and get my coffee when I go to work. The staff are amazing they are always under a lot of pressure when there is a crowd but they never have messed up my order. The food is good its just regular starbucks. It gets crowded as its on Michigan Ave. There is no seating inside there is a small seating outside.

This is right on Michigan Ave near the bridge over the canal. There is no seating inside, but there are a few chairs available on the patio. It's a good place to stop by and grab a quick drink and/or snack while walking down the street. The Starbucks Reserve is within 5 minutes of walking on Michigan Ave (across the bridge, north of this Starbuck), so keep walking if you want to experience a more special kind of visit.

Came in this afternoon to redeem my birthday reward. Service was okay. They could've been a bit more attentive to the customers and making drinks instead of talking to co-workers about other stores and work schedules. You can do better, Starbucks. I'm just saying!!
