This is right on Michigan Ave near the bridge over the canal. There is no seating inside, but there are a few chairs available on the patio. It's a good place to stop by and grab a quick drink and/or snack while walking down the street. The Starbucks Reserve is within 5 minutes of walking on Michigan Ave (across the bridge, north of this Starbuck), so keep walking if you want to experience a more special kind of visit.
Came in this afternoon to redeem my birthday reward. Service was okay. They could've been a bit more attentive to the customers and making drinks instead of talking to co-workers about other stores and work schedules. You can do better, Starbucks. I'm just saying!!

I am a regular there and get my coffee when I go to work. The staff are amazing they are always under a lot of pressure when there is a crowd but they never have messed up my order. The food is good its just regular starbucks. It gets crowded as its on Michigan Ave. There is no seating inside there is a small seating outside.
