Chicago Brewhouse Riverwalk Reviews
The first time we came here we had an amazing lunch, the server was really attentive and the food is really good. We came back expecting to get the same experience but unfortunately the service was terrible, the host had a bad attitude, we had to look for our server and the two tables that were next to told us the same thing, the food is good and the views are really cool but don’t expect great service 🥲🥲🥲
This is a great place to stop for a snack on a hot summer day, which is exactly what I did! They sat me in the shade facing the river where I enjoyed a great IPA and pretzel.
Good beers on the Riverwalk downtown Chicago with a nice spot on the river. Service was amazing and the beers varied!

The Chicago Brewhouse Riverwalk offers a scenic setting along the Riverwalk, providing beautiful views that are a key feature of the restaurant. The menu includes Chicago-style favorites like Mr Beef (The Bear), Chicago style dogs, and classic pub fare such as flatbread pizza, beef tacos, and the Chicago beef sandwich. Customers praise the friendly and attentive service, especially from staff members like Carly and Jasmine, and appreciate the excellent views and lively ambiance of the patio seating right on the river. The beer selection is good, though it can be pricey. While the food is generally good and satisfying, some reviews mention that the service can be slow, even when the restaurant isn't very busy. The location makes it a great spot for people watching, with boats, kayaks, music, city noise, and energy adding to the experience. Overall, the restaurant is a solid choice for a casual meal or drinks along the Riverwalk, especially for those wanting to enjoy scenic views and Chicago-themed dishes.
