Very small inside, but small patio outside. Busy, but quick enough to make a walk-in drink. Barista who took my order seemed very unhappy being there, but everything was as ordered.
I am a regular there and get my coffee when I go to work. The staff are amazing they are always under a lot of pressure when there is a crowd but they never have messed up my order. The food is good its just regular starbucks. It gets crowded as its on Michigan Ave. There is no seating inside there is a small seating outside.

One observation! here they don't sell frappes, but they sell coffee with liquor or some alcohol ?☺️
The last floor has a view. ??
Parking: It's very, very difficult to find free parking.
