I am very disappointed. I always go to this cafe for coffee very early. I asked for the
password or code to go to the bathroom. I didn't understand the numbers well. I asked again. The treatment and attention to me was rude and unethical. They got upset because I didn't understand. They work with the public. It's important to make you feel good as a customer. Very bad.

This is my closest Starbucks, and I should admit this is one of the best in the neighborhood. I go there several times a week, and the store and tables are always clean. Baristas are friendly, and coffees are served right. The most important part is that it seems they still care, which is rare these days, and you feel welcome every time you go there. unfortunately I don’t know many of them by name, but Ryan is a pretty sweet guy. I hope they keep the quality.

Most Starbucks I visited are welcoming with gig workers. NOT here. I literally watched 2 employees working the take out area ingore me the entire time. No it was not in my mind either ( for the gaslighted out there). This guy walked in after and he was greeted warmly,which he ignored ( i found that ironic). Ultimately, warm and kind service should be extended to all! When the order was finally ready the employees passively just turned it around and walked away. I value professionalism on my end. So instead of riping them to shreds, a public review is long lasting!

I order no foam so I get my full drink.
The barista did not even try to prevent the foam from entering the cup, full pour then a run over with the spoon.
I know I don’t have barista experience but I have watched them enough to know a spoon dam on the frother cup prevents the foam from entering the cup, thus the final spoon run over gets any residual and makes the customer satisfied!
I am job searching and on the brink of death from homelessness and I can’t get a lousy job at this establishment so I can do a better job than they have going now.
Prove I’m not qualified and do not make stupid errors in satisfying the customer.

So I go into the Starbucks, the girls busy on her phone she takes my order. I asked her for a bagel with cream cheese. I get a bagel with no cream cheese. My order clearly says on their light ice for my drink they gave me tons of ice because, the other girl was also on her phone. It looks like they are more interested on being on their phone than taking the correct orders. I had to ask several times for certain things that they did not give me that I had ordered and they looked at me like they were annoyed because they were too busy on their phones .

The second time I’ve been here that they don’t honor promo that their corporate headquarters put up on the website. All they do is look at each other shrug their shoulders say, “nothing we can do” and turn away when you ask why they won’t honor the corporate promo today. 8/8 on the 3 dollar iced tea promo. Staff claims it’s a ‘corporate mistake’ I’m pretty sure their corporate aren’t the ones making the mistake.,

Great neighborhood STARBUCKS. LOOKED out the window for hours with my service dogs. They barked here and there, so they asked me to leave. FYI, staff, " they are DOGS that's what they do." 99% of the time they were sleeping.

It's ok as far as Starbucks go. Bathrooms are clean and baristas are pleasant. Music is often kinda loud but they keep the temperature ridiculously cold.
