This is by far the absolute worst Starbucks I have ever been to! Most of the staff in here have THE worst attitudes I have EVER had to encounter in a customer service position. I was very specific with my order, my drink was made wrong, and when I said something THE WHOLE TEAM that was working, acted as if I was unreasonable for requesting what I paid for.I went in with a coworker, who decided to utilize the mobile app. Before he ordered I told him to double check with the barista, to make sure the location was correct, before he sent his order to another location. When he attempted to confirm, the barista was very nasty and dismissive. He seemed to have an attitude long before my coworker asked him a question.When I requested that my drink be made properly, the young lady who (I'm assuming is also a barista) made a snide comment to the gentleman who was remaking my drink about how I didn't get that, that's how the drink is made. When I have made the same requests that I made today, listened to and the drink came out perfect.I can guarantee you, they will never have to worry about me or any other one of my coworkers again. I had reservations about ever patronizing this Starbucks to begin with, because I literally saw one of the gentlemen baristas sneeze into his hand, then touch the lemonade and grab someone's cup, without ever stopping to wash his hands first. I should have went with my first mind!

Surprise to find a pleasant Starbucks underground in the small food court leading to the Metra station. It uses the nearby public restroom in the hallway, which isn’t ideal, but okay. The staff was very pleasant and the lighting is soothing, which was a plus. Will no doubt use this Starbucks again when downtown. (FYI: though the address on google says 151 n. Michigan, you get here by entering the metra entrance stairways in front of the cultural center at Randolph and Michigan )

I was just here this morning and purchased a cup for myself. The man at the register was rude, made faces and had an attitude due to my apple pay not wanting to connect and had to wait 2 extra seconds for me to get my debit card out of my wallet. Pardon me...

They gave me basically raw bacon on my almost six dollar “double smoked bacon” sandwich. This is NOT double smoked anything. It had the texture of raw bacon, I couldn’t even eat it. Gross.The only positive was the guy handing out orders in the morning was super friendly.

We came in plenty of time before closing, and they refuse to make a birthday frappe drink. Lazy customer service. When we asked are you sure they said go to a different one see if they can help you.

I did not like. HIGHLY EXPENSIVE (croissant $5, pastry $11!!!) it's crazy. We have cheaper in France in high-END pastries and much better. What a scam.... Otherwise nice place, good atmosphere but that's it.

I used to really enjoy Starbucks because the Employees made a real effort to welcome you and to convey a positive vibe and were authentic .Whats happened ?This crew are consistently unwelcoming to the point of resentment that you walked in expecting Service .They would much rather jive with each other than be inconvenienced by Customers .we bought cold drinks to consume on the premises and were even charged for ice ! . Who charges for ice when the customer is paying for a full price cold beverage ?Really !This is now Starbucks policy ? The thank was voiced with such insincerity it conveyed contempt .This crew needs replaced with employees who care .NEVER AGAIN .

So I continually try to give this location a chance n they continually disappointment...today was final draw....1st the cashier had gift card that customer said used to cover people drinks...the cashier only used it on "white" people...she did not ask any brown skin people...second I ask for pineapple passion fruit n receive the wrong drink even after I repeated 3x to the lady whom made...look when u use to drinking something u know when it is not correct....n they r very slow here

I was there just now, I wanted to order two Frappuccinos for my kids, I they had already put the blenders away, I asked the owner if this is policy, if the store still open, it was 5:57 pm when we walked in.Very disappointed.Thank you.

This is one of the cleanest, friendliest Starbucks that I've been to in the city. Despite being constantly busy, the baristas are always polite, smiling, and efficient. I come here often on my way to work, and I appreciate that my order is always prepared correctly and quickly, regardless of whether I order in line or ahead of time through the app. My only pain point with this location is that they are often sold out of bakery items and seasonal drinks because they are so busy. I will usually double check that what I want is available on the app before going to avoid disappointment.

Really wanted to visit this Starbucks for awhile and my visit was ordinary. This particular Starbucks takes up a lot of space which is nothing more than a place where groups of 3 or more can meet and have a cup of coffee. I went in this place looking for maybe a snack and coffee. The sweets/pastries along with the miniature sandwiches were not appealing and overpriced as usual. There's really no need for Starbucks to have a building of 5 floors and you don't even have a "good ole fashion donut" and this Starbucks doesn't even have all the Starbucks items. How is there a Starbucks taking up 5 floors not even serving all the Starbucks items. I just don't get it, my local Starbucks is way better than this location . This particular Starbucks location is just nothing more then a rest spot.

Staff were friendly. Order came in a timely manner. Drink was made perfect despite many modifications. Food was ok. Overall great take out experience.
