The service is usually good but as of recently it’s has not been especially in the afternoon. The cashier was awesome but was waiting for my mobile order which was taking really long. I asked one of the workers about it and he said you have no order I actually did but they never made it which made me late for work. Will probably just go to Stan’s Donuts next time.

Wonderful staff. Last week I was not having a great day and Mario was so friendly and generous - cheered me up instantly!

I love your coffee, but there are times when they mix up the order... I order hot and they give me cold, this has happened several times this month. No other complaints so far ?

This used to be my favorite Starbucks, Mary is always kind. The rest of the staff used to be kind as well. But not really anymore… will still frequent this one because of the location

I've been a regular at this Starbucks for years. Today, we mistakenly ordered at a distant location and asked if they could make it here instead. Having worked at Starbucks, I know this happens often and we always tried to help. Surprisingly, the older gentleman at the register refused. It's unfortunate because the baristas and the store manager, Mary, are usually great.

I've been a regular customer at this store for nearly five years and have generally had a great experience. This morning, I accidentally placed an order at a location that's three miles away from where I am now. I politely approached the older barista in a black apron at the register, showed him the receipt, and asked if they could prepare it for me, but he flatly refused, stating the order was too large—just three food items and one drink. While I understand I should have double-checked the location beforehand, I expected at least a basic level of customer service to rectify the situation, not a simple 'no,' especially considering my loyalty as a frequent customer.

I stopped in, semi-exhausted, on a busy Saturday afternoon, and this couldn't have been a more perfect, brief respite. The bathroom was clean, as Starbucks bathrooms most always are. The service was wonderful. Mark, my barista (running cash register) was *so* friendly - I genuinely felt cared for (really!). There was a small error with my order and Mark made it right immediately, with nothing but smiles. I haven't felt so emphatically about a Starbucks in a long time, and I've been a gold card member for a decade. It amazes me how the staff is so friendly, so *up*, and so well-oiled, especially in such a high-traffic location - but they are. One of the best.

Asked about the sugar in the matcha latte and they said it was only slightly sweetened to help with the earthiness. I should have double checked the app because it had 34g of sugar. Way too sweet for my taste.

This place is awesome for some grab and go! Make sure to order ahead with time if you’re in a rush so your order is ready and you don’t have to wait for it. They have usual clients and you can tell they are always busy.

Not sure why they allow dogs in this coffee shop. There was a dog sitting at a table. ?

I came in and ordered a bacon, gouda and egg sandwich for breakfast in the morning. Mind you, it’s currently -8 degrees outside so after receiving my sandwich I decided to wait inside until the crosswalk turned green for me to walk across the street and not freeze outside. That is until the most rude employee opened the door and forced me out. I told him I was just waiting for the crosswalk and he told me “I could wait outside.” I was shocked someone could even do that. All I was doing was waiting for the crosswalk which would have taken 1 minute at most. I will definitely be going back to get his name.
