Being a person with a disability, the staff was very kind and respectful. The person that took my order helped me figure out how to work the tap to pay with my phone (which always confuses me). The person who made my drink (Chai tea latte) was also very kind and got someone to bring my beverage to a table. The one issue I had was that the seating area was a little cramped

I used to come to this location all the time because it was right around the corner from my son's school. He's moved to another school so I'm just not here as often, but I used to love it. I popped back in today for the first time in a while and one of the employees was really weird and aggressive. When I asked for the restroom code he talked to me like I was stupid and he gave me the wrong code, so I left and tried a few other places because I really needed to use the restroom, but nothing else was open so I went back and asked another employee, and this guy chimed in to mock me again. I don't know what his deal is, but I'm staying away from now on.

starbucks is literally just starbucks. i don’t have high expectations but this one is just filthy. i would much rather spend the same exact money on a local coffee shop that actually has quality coffee

After being a Starbucks member for 10 years and spending thousands of dollars, the associate mean older lady asked for a purchase before using the bathroom!!! lady I purchase everyday!

Nice Starbucks in a location with top-tier people watching. however, the keypad locks in the bathrooms are a bit much. i had to go badly after i sucked down a venti Cafe Americano but didn’t realize there were locks/ i had to get a code. a line had formed at the register by that point and i didn’t feel like standing for another 10 minutes to ask for the bathroom code. so i had to hightail it elsewhere to get sweet relief. stop gatekeeping bathrooms and making it difficult for paying customers to take care of natural business.

I recently visited your store with the intention of making a purchase. Upon entering, however, I urgently needed to use the restroom due to a chronic health condition that causes sudden and unavoidable need for facilities. Unfortunately, I was met with dismissiveness and a complete lack of empathy from a staff member—a woman wearing an orange face mask—who curtly told me I had to buy something first. She then turned her back and walked away without a second word. Just. Walked. Away.

This wasn’t just a matter of policy enforcement—it was a moment of profound indifference toward someone in visible distress. The absence of any compassion or human decency was deeply upsetting. While I understand that this is a coffeehouse and not a public restroom, it’s also a space run by people. The way customers—potential or not—are treated reflects directly on store management. Allowing this kind of behavior suggests that empathy and basic respect are not values upheld or expected here.

Bathroom gatekeeping disproportionately affects people with chronic health issues and disabilities. It is, at best, inconsiderate—and at worst, discriminatory. A little understanding goes a long way, and this situation called for so little. I wasn’t looking for special treatment, just human decency.

Needless to say, I won’t be returning to this location. I hope you’ll reflect on how your policies are on how your policies are enforced, and more importantly, how your staff are trained to treat people—with or without a receipt in hand.

They are clearly serving expired food products. I ordered a sweet drink and it was very sour instead - the opposite of how the drink is supposed to taste and then refused to help.
The milk was clearly grainy / cloudy and they still wouldn't fix it

I went in just for water and the employee behind the told me, “new starbucks rules we can only give water to people who buy something so yea.” Funny how i’ve been to various Starbucks this past week and have never had a problem getting water weather i’m buying something or not. I’m more than sure it’s because the color of my skin that he denied me water. This is why I’ve barley spent money at Starbucks this past few years. Smh

The service is usually good but as of recently it’s has not been especially in the afternoon. The cashier was awesome but was waiting for my mobile order which was taking really long. I asked one of the workers about it and he said you have no order I actually did but they never made it which made me late for work. Will probably just go to Stan’s Donuts next time.

I love your coffee, but there are times when they mix up the order... I order hot and they give me cold, this has happened several times this month. No other complaints so far ?
