The service was awful. I ordered two grande drinks and one venti. They gave me three grandes, and I had to ask to get the right size. One of the drinks requires a straw, and there are no places to get a straw yourself, so I had to ask for a straw as well. When I was trying to get one of the worker's attention, I waved at her to ask for a straw she stood there and waved back at me. I ordered my usual Starbucks order, but they made it unbelievably sweet, and it upset my stomach the rest of the day. I completely regret tipping beforehand and would not go again.

The place was clean with plenty of seating to relax or work. Service was friendly and quick in spite of being very busy at the time I went.

I noticed the billing machine forces you to tip , only when you click cancel you can skip it which many customers wont thinking this will cancel the bill , this is quite unethical.

Accidentally ordered to the wrong location, that location told me I could go to any location & show them my receipt & they would be able to make it there. When I went in to this location the lady at the front said they don’t do that. I then called the location further down Michigan Ave passing wacker & they happily confirmed they were able to make my order.
