I’m really disappointed with the service at this Starbucks. The store wasn’t busy at all, but the staff still took a long time to make my drink. I asked for a venti (large) cup, but she made a grande instead, with less ice and no straw.
They also don’t keep straws out for customers, and when I politely asked for one, the barista gave me a really bad attitude — like I was bothering her for no reason.
It’s honestly the worst experience I’ve had at a Starbucks. Slow service, wrong drink size, and unfriendly staff. Definitely needs improvement.

They would charge extra fee for without ice. My husband asked for dragon fruit with lemonade without ice and being told there would be additional fee due to no ice would cost them more ingredients.

They just renovated the starbucks booth in this Jewel osco but the service was horrible! I went 4/1/24 and my drink and service was bad, she did not want to help me at all and was on her phone. I asked for Vanilla Sweet Cream cold brew coffee and got iced coffee. I did not get Sweet cream at the top. I get coffee nearly everyday and practicing barista. Worse Starbucks

I went to the Starbucks in the Jewels like I usually do, and this time the service wasn't as I usually get. Makita the young man seemed like he didn't want to work today. He had an attitude when I spoke with him, and even my wife noticed it as well. I'm not sure if he was having a bad day, doesn't like LGBT people or what was going on. But you leave that at home don't bring it to your work place. Or maybe he's just always like this thats why he didn't have a name tag so no one can complain, but I went and asked him his name.

A great place to sit down, relax, and enjoy some drinks. They have multiple plugs around the place to plug in laptops, phones, and other electronics. The place is not crowded but not empty so there is a small level of noise but still a great place to work and study. Our orders came in a timely manner. Loved it and will absolutely be coming back.

Whenever I walk in and I see Emma behind the counter I know the drinks will made correct, and I’ll be able to get a few laughs in. She is the only reason I go out of my way to come here! Thank you Emma for always being so amazing and kind!
