What an ugly staff that works for you. I went and there was a very rude girl who was choosing some plastic that they put where the rolls they sell are and I told her that I wanted a coffee and she very rudely told me that the wait until she finished was boring. It took more than 10 minutes to serve me and until the end she served me, I asked her for a mocha coffee and the very rude woman twisted her mouth at me and told me that she didn't have any of that and I didn't order anything and I said thank you and I turned around and When I turned around again, the very rude woman was laughing. I wish there was someone who could call her attention so she could learn to respect customers.

Incompetent, rude, slow service. 15 minutes for a shot of espresso. No apologies, just excuses like, "we're short-staffed." Well, how does that make YOU look? You're not getting my sympathy because you don't have the ability to serve me while you gladly take my money for your grossly overpriced drinks. This location has got to be an embarrassment to the Starbucks brand.

I started coming to this Starbucks due to the bad quality of the location on Chicago and Superior. I am so glad that I found this Starbucks because here the employees make the best coffee I've ever tasted. One barista in particular makes a phenomenal Hot Salted Caramel Mocha and Hot Caramel Machiato. I don't know her name but she is the one closing this Thursday evening on December 5th, 2019. Thank you!
