They are very busy and they do try. Unfortunately their effort doesn’t make up for wrong orders half the time. The other half you’ll realize as you walk away your bag is leaking when a stranger is nice enough to point out your coat is getting covered in the leaking bag juice. I walk a mile further to avoid this Starbucks. Their management is kind but completely over their heads.
Great location but confused as to why dogs can’t come in if you’re just picking up. At other locations downtown there are no dog stipulations and dogs are actually welcomed with pup cups!
I always have a pleasant experience here but today I felt like I was the queen of the world and they wanted me to feel special. Arthur had a cool greeting for everyone who walked into the door...for me he said: "welcome to YOUR Starbucks." Debra was quick and very nice at the cash register.
