This Starbucks is cozy and a nice place to meet and talk business; however, they are normally out of everything. Management needs to do better.

We came here for coffee after our walk in Grant Park. It was a good place to take a break and we used the wifi.

Love this place. I go here a lot because it’s super convenient to my work. It’s clean good good food, coffee and tea. My only complaint is they put all their emphasis on mobile orders. They need to get better about in person orders, or I need to just mobile order.

Though we don't go to Chicago often, the few times we go, we go by train to the Millennium station. If we get into town early or are done with extra time to spare before the train departs, we stop in at this "Starbucks" for a drink. We did notice that this "Starbucks" was remodeled......while it appeared more open, I think that there were less seating.

I have been coming to this Starbucks for years because I commute on the South Shore and its convenient. However, today I decided I am officially going to pick a different one and stop coming here. SO many rude employees here. There are a couple nice ones but there are a couple who are literally over the top rude almost ever single time I am there. Will take my $50.00 a week to a different location.
Great, friendly service from the young staffer & properly HOT tea & tasty food. What more could you want from Starbucks?!

Really good location for some me time during the afternoons. In the evenings its a go-to place for college and school kids. Very close to the office location, so I am able to zip there and get a quick coffee..

Never had an issue here. They don't accept mobile orders which is a bit of a bummer but they're otherwise a pretty typical Starbucks.
